Repair Facilities
The main workshop
Our custom built workshop was built in 2018 and has been designed to be efficient, having vehicles flow through the repair process enabling us to reduce repair times. The building has been built using the latest technology and equipment in its fit-out making the entire repair process streamlined and effective.
At a total of 2800 square meters of under roof area, we have the ability to have 60 cars on sight at any one time!
Our paint shop
Our paintshop consists of 7 preparation bays and 2 brand new state of the art Junair paint booths with a central mixing room.
Junair booths cut cycle times down by 35% and energy consumption up to a whopping 70%. They are equipped with their signature QAD system which is perfectly designed for low VOC paints.
Bissell’s Paint and Panel proudly uses PPG Industries Envirobase waterbourne paint system. This system helps Bissell’s to support the environment and reduce our carbon footprint.
