Bissell’s has a smart modern reception that provides customers with a comfortable seating area offering hot and cold beverages, television and magazines. Our facility also provides disabled toilets and indoor air conditioned seating area.

We provide the following services to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

  • Outside hours drop off & collection

    Can’t drop off or collect during opening hours?

    We have a secure key safe for vehicle drop offs and individual safe where you can collect your vehicle keys using a personalised pin.

  • Modern waiting area and showroom

    Our waiting area has a large display of cars and bikes for you to view. We have tea, coffee and chilled water available along with toilet facilities and access to a phone for urgent calls.

  • Uber & Taxi Vouchers

    Many insurance companies offer taxi or Uber vouchers for customers to get to and from Bissell’s, please ask one of our friendly staff for more information.

  • Designated quoting bays & off street parking

    Our premises have clearly signed, designated quoting bays along with customer parking away from the street.

  • Visa, Mastercard & EFTPOS

    We can take credit card payments over the phone if requested. Customers can also pay with cash at our office.

  • Communication

    We keep you informed throughout the repair of your vehicle through courtesy calls or by SMS. Should you have any questions one of our friendly staff will be happy to take your call.
